Shipping Guidelines

- By placing an order on houseofdhaaga.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 working days after dispatch.

- Express Shipping: Available for select locations with 3-5 working days delivery time.

- Tracking Details: Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Charges

- Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹2999.

- Cash On Delivery: ₹100 shipping fee.

Delivery Conditions

- Delivery Address: Ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.

- Missed Delivery: Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and reshipping will incur additional charges.

- Undeliverable Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability, the shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.

International Shipping

- Delivery in 10-15 Days

- International Shipping Charges ₹3500
