Key Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Initiate

3. Images Required
- Customers must share clear product images before a reverse pickup can be initiated.
4. Pickup Timeline
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24â48 hours.
- Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you must return the product at your own costÂ
5. Quality Check:
- All returned products undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
- After approval, your return or exchange will be processed.
6. Processing Timeline:
- Returns: Refunds are initiated after quality approval. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 days.
- Exchanges: Replacement products are delivered within 7-10 working days.

Exchange Policy
1. Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for Size issues or Manufacturing defects only
- Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags & accessories.Â
2. Size Replacements
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- Size exchanges are only processed after the original product passes quality checks.
-Â Delivery of the exchanged product takes 10-12 working days.
3. Manufacturing Defects
- Defective products will be replaced with the same item after verification.
- A reverse pickup will be arranged for faulty products.
Important Notes
- Color or style changes are not eligible for exchange.
- Coupon codes used during purchase cannot be reinstated or refunded.
- A âš100 shipping fee will be deducted for reverse pickup.
