By using the HOUSE OF DHAAGA Exchange Portal or purchasing products on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you disagree, please refrain from transacting on HOUSEOFDHAAGA.com.

This policy may be updated periodically. Please review before making a transaction to stay informed about the applicable terms.

  • Sale ItemsProducts purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales purchases are final.

Key Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • How to Initiate:
    • Click here to request a return or exchange.
    • Or contact customer support via email at support@houseofdhaaga.com or WhatsApp at 8296502108.
  • Images RequiredCustomers must share clear images of the received product before initiating a reverse pickup.
  • Pickup Timeline:
    • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a notification via email. A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
    • Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you must return the product at your own cost 
  • Quality Check:
    • All returned products undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
    • After approval, your return or exchange will be processed.
  • Processing Timeline:
    • Returns: Refunds are initiated after quality approval.
    • Exchanges: Replacement products are delivered within 7-10 working days.

Exchange Policy

 Conditions for Exchange

      • Exchanges are allowed only for Size issues or Manufacturing defects only
      • Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
      • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags & accessories

Size Replacements

      • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
      • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
      • Size exchanges are only processed after the original product passes quality checks.
      •  Delivery of the exchanged product takes 10-12 working days.

 Manufacturing Defects

      • Defective products will be replaced with the same item after verification.
      • A reverse pickup will be arranged for faulty products.

Important Notes

      • Colour or style changes are not eligible for exchange.
      • Coupon codes used during purchase cannot be reinstated or refunded.
      • A ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted for reverse pickup.
